Since Nematodes (Nemaslug & Nemasys products) are living organisms, you should order product as required and must be used in one go it cannot be stored once it is made up. When you receive your pack, place it in the refrigerator immediately and use within the use by date (which can be up to four weeks). All prices include Delivery. Please ensure this product is correct for your needs. Once delivered any Nematodes product cannot be returned as it is a living product.

Chafer Grub Killer

Nemasys Chafer Grub Killer
Recommended application to moist lawns during August and early October. This is when the young grub larvae are active and the temperature is above 12ºC (54ºF).
Use Nemasys Chafer Grub Killer to deal with a chafer grub infestation, without any of the precautions associated with chemical use, such as excluding children and pets from treated areas until dry or the question of what to do about grazing pets, such as rabbits and guinea pigs.
Immediately after applying the nematodes, water the grass well so the nematodes are washed into the soil to reach the roots where the chafer grubs will be. Make sure the lawn does not dry out after applying nematodes. Keep the lawn well watered for at least two weeks.

To control caterpillars apply as soon as the caterpillars are first seen applying to all leaf surfaces where the pest is present. Make sure to spray pests with a solution as caterpillars not directly sprayed will not be controlled. This pest is best targeted from May until end of October

Storing Your Nematodes Before Use
• Keep the sealed pack in the fridge so they remain inactive, ensuring their good health until you need them.
• Nematodes will keep up to the expiry date, clearly marked on each sealed pack, when kept refrigerated.

• It is always best to use living products as soon as possible after receipt.
